1. Shipping Destinations  

We currently ship to most U.S. states, excluding:  

- Hawaii, Alaska  

- U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands  

- Freely Associated States: Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands  

Restrictions:  

- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines  

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).  

- Delivery Time:  

  - Standard Shipping (FedEx): 5–7 business days after processing.  

  - LTL Shipping (Large Items):  

    - 7–10 business days for major cities (e.g., NYC, LA).  

    - 15–20 business days for other regions.

3. Shipping Costs  

- Standard FedEx Shipping: Free door-to-door delivery for eligible items.  

  - Contact FedEx at 909-817-8772 for delivery scheduling. Additional fees may apply.  

- LTL (Less Than Truckload) Shipping:  

  - Required for oversized/heavy items exceeding FedEx limits.  

  - Key Terms:  

    1. Delivery Time: Longer transit times (see Section 2).  

    2. Labor Fees: Drivers will place packages at your door/garage. For indoor placement, negotiate directly with the driver for an additional labor fee.  

    3. Scheduling: Delivery appointments must be arranged in advance. Weekend deliveries or rescheduling may incur a $85 fee.  

    4. Returns: Unauthorized returns (non-quality issues) require a return shipping fee (up to hundreds of dollars) + a $75 service fee.

4. Delivery Process  

1. Products are shipped to U.S. ports, then transported to our warehouses in California and New York.   

2. Packages are sorted and dispatched via FedEx or LTL within 24–48 hours.  

3. FedEx pickups occur on weekdays.
